Today menu dish is "Deep-Fried a la or'ly" in a easier way of saying is fish & chip...I did not do any plating as in the decoration of the plate so it looks like coffeeshop those western food stall plating which do not look very much appealing...hehe...the tartare sauce and coleslaw were all made on the spot so is not those buy one, quite proud of myself that I did all those...hahahahahaha...the photo below is the final product of my "a la or'ly".




These few days very tiring...for past 2 days go school in the morning, leave school in the evening...like no life lor...Haizz...must endure...cannot waste my parents hard-earn money, at least learn something out of this course...cannot be KNOCK OUT so easliy...ENDURE!!!

Looking at the photos taken with my friends in the past makes me feel happy and sad(feel like crying sometimes)...really wish that I can go back to the past
