HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY CAI ZHANYONG

Firstly, i wanna thank all my friends which there's too much to mention (u guys should know who u all are la...hahaha) and some working colleague of mine (my 3 different section Supervisor and 1 SHATEC Senior) for wishing me via MSN or via SMS...thanks alot and I really appreciated it *wanna cry liao*...hahhahaa...really happy although i dun have the tradition to celebrate my birthday every year but just a wish will do le...hahahahahah...THANK YOU ALL VERY VERY VERY VERY MUCH.

Secondly, as usual rot at home whole day watching TV then watch video...hahahaha...no plans and activities de...as my whole family dun have this tradition of celebrate so already use to it liao...ahhahaha.

Alright back to my bloging issue le cause birthday is nothing special actually and anyway going to be over in few hours time...hahaha.

Recently, quite alot of unit issue matter arise again which i myself felt quite trouble over it although i'm not directly connected to me but still is quite a sad thing to see la...first problem i feel sad about is that seeing ur own colleague starting to lost their passion in something that they once had passion for it but now slowly burning out...we were ONCE A GROUP, ONCE A HAPPY GROUP, ONCE A GROUP THAT WAS SO BONDED TOGETHER, ONCE A GROUP THAT WILL MAKE PEOPLE ENVY OF AND ONCE A GROUP THAT WHEN TRAINING ENDS WE WERE GO OUT AND EAT AMD COULDN'T EVEN FIND PLAE TO SIT DUE TO OUR GROUP IS TOO BIG...but now once a big group had only left with a small part of it...i know some have things to be busy with which i can understand but some starts saying "passion in me starts burning out" just this short sentence is quite hurting to hear it...what makes ur passion burn out so quickly...i really wan to know why is the problem happening and really wanting to solve it but I CAN'T...like wat Shafira told me...maybe is because of our different mindset and different character and different thinking and also different workstyle...that's why it lead to such ending but still i hope that our once big group will come back together again which i think there is a chance to it...JUST HOPE SO...haizzzzzz.
