Today Menu is the same as the menu on last friday "Deep-Fried a la or'ly" which is fish & chip la...why the same menu again cause today is practical test...haha. I did plating today but don't really look that nice la...I not really good at plating and also I don't really have creative skills too la...haha....the slightly nicer photo of my dish...haha

I recieve a sms just now from one person and I don't the number so means don't know who the person is lor...the sms content was wishing me a belated birthday...so i reply back asking who is the person, then got the reply back...I was so shock and surprise that the person who send me the belated birthday wish was actually my CIBTC Squad Instructor, Amanda Mdm...I was so shock la...hahahahahahaha...anyway thank you Amanda Madm...hahaha.
