WOOHOO...finally APC 1 a.k.a Abseiling Proficiency Course (Level 1) cleared today after quite a long time and next will be APC 2 which is Abseiling Proficiency Course (Level 2) which will be alot more siong and more expensive than APC 1 sia so means save more money and more exercise to "build" up myself...hahahahaha.

Soon to be the last month of my attachment which makes me very excited cos alot more free time and also time to upgrade my proficiency liao lei which also need to spend money also which is unavoidable la...hahahaha...Kayaking 2 Star maybe considering Sports Climbing Level 1 lei and see wat other proficiency lor...hahahaha...YEAH =)
